Take back your time!
Through our Hiring Partnerships, we’ve helped nonprofits hire hundreds of great team members with ease. We handle the time-intensive part of the hiring process.
Are you…?
wearing too many hats
constantly putting out fires
dealing with a never-ending to-do list that just seems to get longer and longer
struggling with constant turnover and being understaffed, but your hiring managers can’t find the time to focus on hiring with their other responsibilities
Imagine if you could just…
Identify a position that needs to be filled at your nonprofit, tell someone about it, and then a couple weeks later you’d have great candidates (who were already identified, prescreened, and interviewed) scheduled for final interviews with you!
That can be your reality!
With Talbott Talent’s Hiring Partnerships, we get to know your organization, the position you need filled, and your unique needs. As nonprofit recruiters, we know how to draft job ads and present the position to attract the right - AND THE BEST - candidates to your organization!
You have two options…
OPTION A
Keep Doing What You’re Doing
Your inbox and desk are constantly filled with resumes you can’t seem to find time to review between meetings, supporting your team, and constantly putting out fires. Then, by the time you finally review resumes and contact qualified candidates, three of the qualitied candidates are no longer looking.
Out of the two that get scheduled for interviews, only one shows up. They were chewing gum during the interview and showed up in sweat pants. 12 hours of work later, you’re back to the drawing board.
You’ll repost the job in a couple weeks once things “slow down”. Until then, you’ll just do that person’s job too.
OPTION B
Sign up for a Hiring Partnership
A person at your organization put in their two weeks notice. You immediately contact your Hiring Partner for a 30-minute position discovery call. A few weeks later you get to interview two amazing candidates. You want to hire them both, but end up putting in an offer to one!
A lot has happened behind the scenes: Your Hiring Partner drafted a dynamic job posting, reviewed the 127 applicants (the job posting was that good), conducted first interviews with the 14 highly qualified candidates, had conversations about salary needs and identified possible retention issues ahead of time for the 14 candidates. After reviewing these factors and a couple additional conversations with candidates, Talbott Talent scheduled the top two - both amazing - candidates for interviews with you.
So, do you want to know more about Option B?
With Talbott Talent’s Hiring Partnerships, we do the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on your mission! We take the time-intensive steps of the hiring process off your plate, partnering with you to implement best practices in hiring.
