MCCOY (Marion County Commission on Youth) has named Elizabeth Coit as its new Executive Director beginning January 2024. Coit has devoted most of her career and personal life to serving others, either as an organizational change agent and growth-focused leader, or through her volunteerism.
NAMI Mid-Ohio has named Holly Novak as its new Executive Director. A seasoned community leader in the healthcare and community impact space, Holly will lead NAMI Mid-Ohio’s efforts to improve the quality of life for people with mental illness and their families in Delaware, Union, and Morrow counties.
RIPEA has named Jessica Love as its new CEO. A seasoned nonprofit executive, Love will lead RIPEA’s efforts to improve the quality of life of their members by protecting and enhancing their retirement benefit, providing group insurance for members, and disseminating information to and advocating on behalf of retired Indiana public employees.
Talbott Talent proudly commemorates the one-year anniversary of our placed nonprofit executive director, Tristen Comegys as the Executive Director of Bauer Resources Center. A collaborative effort between Talbott Talent and the search committe comprised of the select members of the nonprofits, board of directors led to the successful placement of Comegys.
The Alliance of Crop, Soil and Environmental Science Societies has named Jim Cudahy, CAE, as its new CEO. A seasoned association executive, Cudahy will lead ACSESS’s efforts to support three societies – the American Society of Agronomy, the Crop Science Society of America, and the Soil Science Society of America - in delivering on their missions for scientists and professionals in the agronomic, crop, and soil sciences.
In December 2017, Talbott Talent placed Don Gilpin as Interim COO for the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). IN July 2021 Don Gilpin was promoted to President and CEO. Gilpin continues to guide IFMA in advancing the facility management profession worldwide.
Central Indiana Youth for Christ (CIYFC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Dara Berkharter as its new Executive Director. Prior to joining CIYFC, Dr. Berkharter served as Chief Advancement Officer at SpringHill Camps, where she developed and implemented a sales strategy that significantly increased revenue generation to $1 million.
