Child Advocates names Genevieve Gaines, CFRE as Chief Development Officer

April 29, 2024 (Indianapolis, Indiana) - Child Advocates has named Genevieve Gaines, CFRE as Chief Development Officer. A seasoned nonprofit fundraising professional, Gaines will lead Child Advocates’ fund development to support their mission to champion children and families throughout Indiana by advocating for access to justice and equity and fostering well-being for children.

Talbott Talent partnered with Child Advocates’ leadership to conduct the search for their Chief Development Officer. About the placed candidate:

Genevieve Gaines earned her bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management with a minor in Fundraising from Indiana University Bloomington and is recognized as a Certified Fund Raising Executive by CFRE International. She’s held previous roles with the Fort Wayne Ballet, Joy’s House Adult Day Service, and – most recently – as Director of Philanthropic Giving for Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership for the past seven years.
