Children’s TherAplay names Kimberly Harriman as Director of Clinic Operations

A seasoned healthcare administration professional, Harriman will lead Children's TherAplay’s clinic operations, leveraging her extensive experience to enhance their mission of providing transformative therapy to children with disabilities using hippotherapy.

She is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO), Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS), and a Certified Professional Coder Instructor (CPC-I). Additionally, she is certified in Lean Six Sigma Management and Lean Six Sigma White Belt. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Harriman has expertise in coding, billing, and compliance across various medical fields, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. She has also served in several leadership roles within the Indianapolis Chapter of the AAPC.

Throughout her career, Harriman has been a frequent speaker at trade conferences and has published numerous articles in trade magazines and newsletters. Her recognized expertise led her to provide consulting services nationwide, ultimately founding Healthcare Revenue Consulting, LLC, where she offered outsourced coding and billing functions to medical providers.
